Every employee gets a short daily lesson, a place to practise difficult phone calls with a simulated customer, and evidence-based coaching that always shows its working.

No database is configured, so the app is running on seeded synthetic data. All demo profiles share one dataset, so you can open an Administrator in one tab and an Employee in another and watch an assignment, a message, or an assessment correction flow between them. The profile picker exists only in demo mode and grants no access to connected data or privileged APIs. Resetting restores the seed for everyone using this deployment.
